Wowza! It’s Been Months!

Happy 2010, folks!
I started writing an entry just before the start of the new year but in true lazy-bones fashion, I never finished. Excuses, excuses, I know. But! I’ve got a busy schedule and I’m finding it hard to make time for myself, for the things I enjoy: reading, cooking, taking photos, BLOGGING, re-arranging furniture/organizing every nook and cranny of my house, having a social life. My schedule is so crammed that I’ve reached a point where I’m feeling a bit overwhelmed, anxious, and frustrated. I know it’s not necessarily a bad way to feel but it sure does make the day-to-day a bit challenging. Not having time to center myself and do the things that bliss me out makes me cranky and a little sad. Then I get all “WHATEVER, PEOPLE! GO AWAY! I CAN’T THINK STRAIGHT WHEN I KNOW I HAVE KITCHEN CABINETS TO RE-ORGANIZE!” or some dumb shit like that. Know what I’m saying, Internets?
So, yeah. That’s my life lately. And I’m really digging The Thermals, too.
(Hi, Aunt Bev! You’re probably the only person reading this!)
So, when I watch Julie & Julia I totally thought of you. I hope that doesn't offend you & I probably told you this in some other internet venue already, but I can't remember anything lately. I seriously feel like yesterday was last March & now it's the next January, wtf?! Anyway, I also was totally going to email you today b/c I felt like it & I need an internet Jill fix every so often, but I got busy at my stupid job & my mobile email device was being an ass. Hope this finds you calmer & more centered. 🙂
Thanks, girl! And you did tell me that before, about the Julie & Julia thing. I finally watched the movie and it was so cute! And inspirational, too. Aww, you can email me anytime! I know I'm a bad email-people-back person but I'll try. Mission to get myself in my normal state of mind is in full effect. ;)XO!
